At this point I've been training with Franklin for a little more than 2 years! If we're talking results, I've lost between 8 and 10 pounds of body fat, can do 30 push ups without flinching, can do hand stand pushups, and I've lifted 3 sets of 425 on a seated leg press. But what I've always appreciated about Franklin is that while he cares about results, he cares more about me as a person. We're very open about if I'm having a good day and can push hard, or if I'm having an off day and need to take it easy. I also appreciate that while eating healthy is a priority, Franklin doesn't restrict my diet -although he does offer a suggested and customizable meal plan program! Franklin is also very flexible and has been able to adjust my work out days/times due to schedule changes. I always look forward to our work outs, and I'm very thankful for both a friend and trainer that will push me to go the extra mile!

I've been working out with Franklin for a few years now. Thanks to him, I went from not being able to do 2 push ups, to doing 3 sets of 12 no problem. Franklin is not only a knowledge and experienced trainer, he is also an amazing person. He has a great personality and his session are actually fun (yes, fun!). Even when I'm struggling through a workout session, I'm still always laughing and enjoy it! I cannot recommend Franklin enough. I'm beyond happy with him (and the six pack I got thanks to his workouts ;) ). It does not matter how stressful my day has been or how tired I am.. What a great experience it has been to work with Franklin!  

I have been a client of Franklin's for over two years now.  Without a doubt, he is a very knowledgeable and trusted personal trainer.  Routines are rarely the same.  Just when I think he has me perform a very challenging exercise, he surprises me with an even more challenging one to test my limits. He monitors each exercise I perform to ensure I maintain good form.  No shortcuts with his oversight!  Also, injury prevention is key to his oversight.  He also checks in with me on my diet.  Eating a balanced diet can be a challenge when working a full-time job with long hours; so Franklin recommended I use the MyNetDiary app to track my food intake and exercise.  Such an easy app to navigate.  If I track my food, I do so much better with eating nutritious foods.  And I am better able to manage my weight. I'm not perfect when it comes to keeping to a regular workout, but I do meet with Franklin two days a week (virtually, now), then try to work in some cardio on the other days based on his recommendations.  He keeps current with anything personal-trainer related -- sharing new exercises or workout routines to target those areas that need some "adjustments."  Franklin is not only a superb trainer, but he is also a great friend -- compassionate, caring, great listener and just an all-around great guy!
