I have always been interested in being healthy but became seriously involved in fitness several years ago. My interest in personal training spiked after I survived a heart attack. Through proper diet and working out with a personal trainer, I lost 25 lbs and 5 inches from my waist. Seeing how life-changing a personal trainer was for me, I took my enthusiasm to the next level. In 2011, I became an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer to help others reach their fitness goals. Then in 2015, I started All Around Fitness to share my excitement for health and wellness with everybody else. My mission is to provide clients a health club quality workout in the privacy of their own home. My three guiding principles are: Professionalism, Passion, and Quality with a touch of fun.

Tina is a wife, mother and grandmother who loves sharing her passion for fitness with others. Tina is a great addition to All Around Fitness because her views on fitness and outlook on how to achieve them mesh perfectly with the principles behind All Around Fitness. Tina has loved sharing her enthusiasm in fitness for over 17 years and has been loving every minute of it! She believes fitness is life by doing her own daily work outs and that fitness is a way of life. She not only strives for her own fitness goals but helps her clients reach their personal goals by being there every step of the way as the client finds day to day tasks easier to do, have increased fat loss, have gained muscle strength, have improved muscle definition, and are feeling better physically and mentally.

FUN FACT: The inspiration behind my company's name comes from my wife. She competed college gymnastics at George Washington University and the penultimate gymnastics competition is the all-around competition. All Around is a great way to describe fitness because it encompasses everything that deals with the mind and the body including health and wellness.
