Functional Movement Screening (FMS)

The FMS is the screening tool that is used early and throughout the program to identify limitations or asymmetries. It measures seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain or known musculoskeletal injury.

Virtual (Remote) Training

All Around Fitness now offers virtual/remote personal training using video chat for the entire workout session. We continually assess your form, provide positive feedback, and provide the communication to help you reach your fitness goals. Your video chat appointments can help you stay consistent, motivated, and on the path to success.
